Start your summer right by supporting the incredible artists of the greater Kenosha area. Prepare for an unforgettable (and FREE!) weekend where artists of all kinds and ages will compete in a high-energy celebration of music, dance, and creativity. Each event will be judged by a panel of local experts, who will evaluate performances based on skill, originality, and overall impact. The top performers in every category will receive special recognition with fantastic prizes. Whether you're a performer or a spectator, this is your chance to witness extraordinary talent, cheer on your favorites, and be part of our vibrant community event. Local bands will face off in a contest of creativity, skill, and stage presence. Whether you're into rock, pop, or anything in between, the Battle of the Bands promises an unforgettable experience. A panel of judges will score the bands on energy, originality, and talent, and the winning band will take home a fantastic prize!

PRIZES:

First: $500 cash prize + opportunity to play LakeFest, our largest signature event

Second: One free Lakeshore Pedal Tours pedal trolley ride for up to 16 people (all ages welcome, but must be 21+ to drink) + opportunity to play one of our summer events

Calling all dancers! Whether you're a solo performer or part of a crew, it’s time to show off your moves. The Battle of the Dance invites dancers of all ages and styles to compete for the spotlight. Expect fierce competition and electrifying performances. So lace up your dancing shoes and get ready to battle it out for the top spot!

PRIZES:

First: Group: $500 cash prize + opportunity to perform at LakeFest, our largest signature event / Solo: $200 + opportunity to perform at LakeFest, our largest signature event

Second: Group: $100 cash prize + Opportunity to perform at one of our summer events / Solo: $50 cash prize + Opportunity to perform at one of our summer events
